Not all calls can be matched due to intake data limitations. Metrics are directional.
Match Confidence Definitions:
High = exact phone match within same-day window (most reliable)
Medium = exact phone match within broader time window
Low = partial or weaker match (directional only)
Key Insight:
Only ~30–35% of calls can be directly tied to signed cases.
Google Ads drives the majority of matched cases, followed by GMB and Direct.
A significant portion of calls cannot be linked due to missing or inconsistent phone data during intake.
